For families who are relocating from other states, The Preserve at Oak Hill is a great option. Our family relocated from Maine to Massachusetts this summer. After looking at close to 50 homes in nearby towns, we visited the model home at The Preserve at Oak Hill and decided this was the type of neighborhood and home we were looking for. Mountain Dog Building has made the process so easy by providing many samples in their design center right inside the model home, so it was simple for us to make decisions such as granite, tile and carpet in a short amount of time, without having to travel to each store. The builder, Bryan was great about meeting with us, even on a Sunday afternoon and was always quick to answer questions and offer helpful advice. The house was completed on the date agreed upon and we were able to move into an immaculate new home!
One of the things we were looking for was a neighborhood with children; we learned that there were children of all ages already living in the new neighborhood at The Preserve. Since the day we moved in, our neighbors have been wonderful and have made us feel welcome; although it is a close knit neighborhood, there is plenty of privacy. My children, ages 12 and 9 1/2 are enjoying having other children to play with and the moms even get together once a month at different houses for a Ladies' Night Out! Everyone is always willing to help each other out here at The Preserve. Overall, our experience with everyone at Mountain Dog Building Corporation has been a very positive one, which has made our move and transition to a new place as smooth and easy as possible.

process and most important to me, they returned phone calls or emails

folks are not 'rookies'. Everyone that visited noted the
